Added a mechanism to select the file extension to be used with the drag and drop. By default it is set to "pat" for Teradyne pattern files. From the dialog it can be modified to anything.

Added a check to make sure there are no duplicate pattern set names used. Either through the add pat sets or through the rename pat sets tools.

Added progress bar to the status bar which will display the progress of reading larger .xml files.

Added an auto populate function to the Tools menu.

What this allows is for the user to select a directory where the patterns might be stored and then this directory is read recursively to find all pattern files below it. Each subdir is made into a separate pattern set page with the name of the subdir.
