#9 No UTF8 Support in Vorbis Comments?

Was able to open Ogg Vorbis songs in iTunes, song titles,
artist, etc. shows up nicely. However, non-roman UTF8
characters (supposed to be supported in Vorbis 1.0) shows
up as "?" Other vorbis comments beyond song title and
artist do not appear either, such as song number, etc.
