#7 Could not remove

Placed oggvorbis.qtx from Win32-oggvorbis.zip in the
Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\QuickTime folder.

Could not open .ogg files in QuickTime (version 6.4)

In addition, I could not remove the oggvorbis.qtx file
or unset the read-only attribute.

It does not go in Documents and Settings\All Users\Application
Data\QuickTime

It needs to go in c:\WINNT\System32\QuickTime or
c:\Windows\System32\QuickTime

I'm not sure why you were unable to remove the file. It does nothing to
prevent that.
