I'm using the 1.0d5 extention for MacOS 9 (in 8.6) and my Quicktime 5 Player can open some Ogg Vorbis files but not all. How come?

this site is very poor, has no support or documentation,
I dropped it in lib/QT, ogg format still wont play in itunes, Mac OSX panther
