#2 Error code -10811

I just downloaded the file OggVorbis.qtx and upon
loading it it gives me the following error message:

The operation could not be completed.
An unexpected error occurred (Error code -10811)

I am running OSX 10.1.2 and Quicktime 5.0.2

Do you have any solution to this problem?
