#16 Vorbis-tag unicode problem

My iTunes see & play Ogg Vorbis files correctly, but it
have replaced russian "р" (&#1088,#1056),"ю"(&#1070,
&#1102) and "э"(&#1063,&#1101) simbols with non-
russian cyrillic "ђ" (&#1106) simbol. So i had to fix it
manual.

(WindowsXPsp2, QuickTime 6.5.2, iTunes 4.8.0.32)
