#44 iTunes 4.8 freezes when opening ogg vorbis files

I've upgraded to iTunes 4.8 and I can't play oggs anymore. When I
click any ogg file iTunes freeze (beachball cursor. I can only force
quit appilcation).

Ogg Vorbis component didn't work with QT7 either, so I've
downgraded to QT 6 using Apple's QT Re-Installer, but I can't
downgrade iTunes... :(

Confirmed on Windows XP SP2 too, and it freezes even when
not playing ogg files, as long as they are in the playlist.

My iTunes doesn't freeze, it just quits unexpectedly everytime I try to play
an .ogg file. kind of a pain :(
