#36 iTunes crossfade playback doesn't work with ogg

This is probably related to the other stream visibility
bugs (e.g., #935232: iTunes Visualizer Doesn't Get
Bits?), but iTunes does not seem to be able to
crossfade to, from or between ogg tracks.

I'm not so sure that sound check (the ability to
normalize playback volumes among songs) works either.

I can confirm this still happens with 4.7.1 (30) on 10.3.7.

On the other hand, using the shareware program "iVolume" to
automatically analyze and set ogg track volumes in iTunes *does* work.
