#15 qsynth 0.5.2 doesn't build with fluidsynth 2.0.0

Hey Rui,

I'm currently attempting to do rebuilds against fluidsynth 2.0.0 for some of the software I maintain on Arch Linux. There has been an API change, that breaks building qsynth 0.5.2 (see attachment).

It would be awesome to make qsynth compatible to the latest fluidsynth!

hi,

git head master already is compliant to fluidsynth >= 2.0.0.

also grab fluidsynth's git head master as well, as the is a bug in fluidsynth-2.0.0 that causes qsynth to crash if starting more than a single engine on "jack" driver.
