Hi,

I am currently short on time so I wasn't able to do much work for qsqlite=
=2E I=20
hope this will change next week.
I contacted the original author of qsqlite, but I am still waiting for an=
=20
author. I was also able to compile the qsqlite source code now, it requir=
ed=20
some smaller fixes for me, but nothing big!=20

Could you check in your changes into cvs and could you tell me how i
could work with it (i understand how cvs works but could you tell me you
settings usw.) I have made some small changes to but i want to check
them into the cvs code.

I don't want to check the changes into CVS yet, because the build system =
is=20
IMHO very bad at the moment. I wasn't able yet to compile a version linke=
d to=20
a multi threaded version of qt. (BTW, is it possible to use plugins linke=
d to=20
the non mt version of qt in a multithreaded version?)=20
I would like to continue using tmake, because it is very easy compared to=
 the=20
autoconf/automake stuff.=20

My settings for CVS:
I added to my .bashrc the following lines:

AFAIK you have to execute the following command before you can access CVS=
 on=20
SF:
"ssh USE...@cv..."


Roberto H. Alsina the orgininal qsqlite author answered today. He sais we=
 can=20
continue developing his code. And the state of the code:=20

Hi,

All files are in CVS now (well not all just the 2 source files and a tmak=
e=20
project file). The plugin compiles now also against a multi threaded vers=
ion=20
of Qt. I renamed the sprucefiles to qsqlite.cpp and .h, I hope this is no=
=20
problem. We should later add also a COPYING, INSTALL and README file.
The highest priority has IMO the COPYING file to make clear which license=
 we=20
are using (GPL, don't we?). Additionally I would suggest adding a header=20
comment to all source files which sais also that we are using GPL.

Please commit all your fixes and ask questions if you have problems ;).

I wasn't able to test qsqlite with kbarcode yet, because of several probl=
ems=20
in the kbarcode source, but I hope I can start testing soon.
