[QSQLite-users] License change

Hello,

Since qsqlite seems to be working (a couple apps use it), I am proposing
it to get into KDE, where it will become popular and well maintained (in
theory ;-).

By policy, it has to be under the LGPL instead of the GPL.

But to change that, I need permission from all authors, if they agree.

I am of course granting it, but I need all to do it.

I see a large patch by Robert Wittams (BTW, the patch in the patch manager
is applied or not?), and bugfixes by agarfu.

If anyone else made a substantial modification, or knows of a substantial
modification made by someone else, please also step up!
