[Qpspmanager-general] Section PBP File was disabled ! :(

Hi,

I use the wabchanger version to can play my UMDs that required more than
1.5. But when i launch qpspmanager, it say 'my psp is too fresh'. Can
you put an option into the 'option tab' to force the 'PBP tab' enable?
