#11 Map directory info is lost

If you have the Map Directory mapped to an SD card,
the program will erase its location should the SD card
not be installed.

Just because a location is not valid, doesn't mean its
wrong. I would expect normal usage to be done by
swapping in and out SD or CF cards pre-programmed
with maps and map data?? So it is to be expected that
one might forget to install a card and boot up the
program anyway.
