I'm having problems related to libopie as well. I'm using qpe-gaim on
OZ3.2, stable feed. If I install the libopie provided in the qpe-gaim
feed (v1.0.2) gaim works fine, but todolist and other opie apps
segfault.
Reverting back to the OZ stable libopie 0.9.3-20030328-1.1 gets the
opie apps working again, but qpe-gaim segfaults as soon as it tries
to perform a notify (I have it configured to flash the led).
No useful console output (other than the segfault message).
Would qpe-gaim need to be built against libopie-0.9.3 to fix this for
OZ3.2 stable users, or is there another solution?
If this should be a separate bug let me know.

To be honest, I'm not sure what the best plan is for this.
It's hard supporting a range of libopies and different ROMs
and different devices.
