#2 Internal network protocols (telnet, rlogin, etc.)

Before I do the Win32 port, I want to have telnet,
rlogin, and rsh handled by Qodem rather than the child
programs. These protocols aren't that complicated, and
if Qodem supports them directly it adds to the
convenience for Win32 users AND adds better
debug-ability for Unix users.

This was completed in the 1.0alpha release. It is even better now in the github codebase.
