#78 Please add slave range to send commands

Sometimes devices does not respond to broadcast id 0 or its necessary to update configuration on many similar devices at once. Therefore please provide extend Address field syntax with ability to define address range or comma separated IDs.

Range: 5-7 - will send same command to devices 5,6,7.
Comma format: 3,8,10 - will send same command to devices 3,8,10
Mixed: 5-7,3,8,10 - will send same command to devices 3,5,6,7,8,10.
Do not send duplicate commands is ranges intersect, instead show warning message in Bus monitor.
