Sorry, thumbnails left to all the tracks would clutter and confuse the window. To clarify, a small single thumbnail left to the group head for instance would be fine.

To illustrate I've put qmmp (left) and deadbeef (right) side by side in the attachement, the wall of text isn't very functional.
