Changing the tempo whilst holding down a chord will trigger multiple notes. This will sound extra notes unexpetedly and if there is glide on the instrument, it will wobble its frequency in a rather odd and unpleasant sounding way!
It is desirable to be able to play a chord whilst adjusting the tempo. Partly because one may want to hear the effect of the ARP at different rates and partly because tempo may change during performance. This issue makes qmidiarp pretty much unusable when tempo changes.
Yes! Thank you. This should now be OK with [d28baf]. It's tested in free running mode, but not fully yet when in a DAW that changes tempo at a defined point in the timeline.
