[qmc2-devel] New French translation maintainer

Hi list!

I'd like to welcome our new team member "Braintrash" (aka Yû) who takes over 
the job of our French translation maintainer from Vincent who doesn't seem to 
have the time to take care of it. Thanks for the great job you did in the past 
Vincent, and thanks in advance to Yû for the work he will be doing! ;-)
