FYI: I've been informed that the final release of MAME/MESS 0.146 should be 
due shortly after the next weekend, if everything goes well... this gives you 
all about a week for "last-minute" translation updates.

I don't expect any of the new work-in-progress translations to be ready 'til 
then, though... however, the Romanian UI translation could make it :)!
