Not really a bug, but "missing functionality" was just added to the MESS 
device-setup:

- imp: MESS device configurator: sort slot-options alphanumerically, add a 
separator between 'not used' and available options, allow disabling of 
'default' slot-options

Also, I was told that there will at least be a MAME 0.145u7 release before 
0.146, and probably even a u8 release... so, there's still a bit of time for 
your translations (and minor additions like the above :)).
