Hi list!

I think I found and fixed most (if not all) pending bugs I was aware of, 
especially the ROMAlyzer received a number of important fixes lately.

Also, as it seems that MAME & MESS 0.146 are not too far away (I'm not sure if 
there will be another intermediate u-release, though), I decided not to add 
more major features before the next release -- small things may still be 
added, of course, and if further bugs should surface, I'll try to fix them 
ASAP.

There's no need to hurry completion of the pending translations, however, 
despite the emulator configuration templates, the Romanian translation at 
least appears *mostly* done (AFAICT), so it might be a good trigger to do the 
rest of it :). All other translators are invited to do the same, of course ;).

I'd also appreciate feedback on any (not only negative) test results... the 
changes in MAME/MESS within the 0.145uX series were 'drastic' in parts (esp. 
with regard to -listxml and CHDMAN changes), and although I feel quite 
confident that I adopted the changes correctly, experience proves that one can 
never be 100% sure :).
