See Tools -> Options from the menu (Or Ctrl-O), then Emulator -> Global 
configuration -> the change the "rompath" value!

You were asked for the ROM path when you started QMC2 for the first time, but 
didn't enter that information...

There's also the rest off ALL existing options on that page.
