Found and fixed a few bugs, made it a tree widget (to support all additional MAME notifications (of class OUT) not handled explicitly in a per game sub tree) and removed the third static LED display as it doen't seem to be widely used (not found ANY game yet which uses it :)... "gallag" is a good test case for the LEDs, and "turbo" is a nice one for a lot of additional / non-static output notifiers. BTW, this new feature is not optional (yet). It will be made available if SDLMAME 0.127+ is used. This does not mean that older versions are no longer supported (they will just not write to the output notifier FIFO), but I want to make it absolutely clear that 0.127+ is required to gain anything from it :). Otherwise it will basically be the same as before, just more nicely displayed. If you should ever see a message like "unhandled MAME output notification: ..." in the frontend log, please let me know!
