This just bit one of my clients today, where messages were getting lost
after the 3rd message was delivered to an account on "vacation".
Michael Bowe recently suggested in the comments that maybe a simple
solution would be to simply copy the autorespond code to a new package
called "vacation", and then apply the new exit codes (Jeremy Kitchen's
patch) to only the vacation program. Otherwise, I suppose we could add
a new argument to autorespond to set the context (and then generate the
appropriate error code).
Thoughts? I think it's time to get this fixed, and I can work on it
once there's a consensus on how it should be done.
