Release Notes:

This release corrects some bugs introduced in 1.2.6 and adds a
Lithuanian translation from Tomas Kuliavas.

It also adds a nice feature, sponsored by PinkRoccade Public Sector.
The main menu now includes an interface for entering an email
address and jumping directly to the "confirm delete" or "modify"
page for that address, independent of what kind of address it is.

   one didn't already exist.
- INSTALL: Add note about running `libtoolize --force` on x86_64.
