There's a good chance it's only available if you install ezmlm-idx.  
I'm not sure whether stock ezmlm can support it or not.  If I recall 
correctly, the way it was designed will result in it appearing in 
ezmlm-idx only.

When you modify the list (there will be a button to do so), you have 
the option of setting Reply-To:.  Install ezmlm-idx over your existing 
ezmlm installation, reconfigure, recompile and reinstall qmailadmin, 
and you'll see a lot more options.
