Thanks.  I've updated CVS and it will be in 1.2.2

The fix is to add the following lines after #include <vpopmail_config.h>

/* undef some macros that get redefined in config.h below */
#undef PACKAGE_NAME
#undef PACKAGE_STRING
#undef PACKAGE_TARNAME
#undef PACKAGE_VERSION
