Currently, when I create new users on our qmail system,
it's a two-step process:
1. Use qmailadmin to create the account.
2. Go into vqadmin to set a quota on the account.
What I would like to see on qmailadmin is a change to
the interface for adding new users. Keep the existing
fields and add the additional fields:
Quota - specified in bytes
Disable pop access - checkbox
Disable web access - checkbox
Disable imap access - checkbox
Disable change password - checkbox
Bounce email - checkbox
Disable email relay - checkbox
Domain Administrator - checkbox
This would give much more control for creating new
users from qmailadmin and make vqadmin unnecessary
(except for creating domains/virtual domains).

Excellent idea. Note that it's already possible to set the quota if you
configure qmailadmin with --enable-modify-quota.
These features should be available to system-admin-level users, not domain owners.
Domain owners are end-users, and they will break stuff.
