[Qlandkartegt-users] WMS Map Upper Austria

This wms-map makes me unlucky

I get work in Q-Gis with Layer OEK50, but in QLGT it doesn't work.
Here is my XML

may be the Size for the DataWindow is not perfect, but I can't see any 
map of upper austria in QLGT with this XML.
Could you help me please?
