#56 Patchbay not clearing

Patchbay never clears the Sockets / Plugs panes. I.e. New or Load will just add the controls to the existing set, never clearing them. This may have started since moving to qt6 but I can't be sure.

I did poke around in the source for src/qjackctlPatchbay.cpp and for kicks removed the conditionals around qDeleteAll() and this seems to fix the problem. I am not a qt developer so I have no idea why the conditionals are needed. See attached patch.
