#34 Feature: Allow disable of icon double-click action and X-run indication

It would be useful for me to have the ability to disable the following two functionalities of the system tray icon:

1. red-blinking indication of an X-run - other than in recording, an X-run is really not so severe to warrant such an alarming action
2. the double click action of stopping/starting jack - this resulted in inadvertant stopping a couple of times by accidently double clicking

Could these two be made optional via the setting page?
