QHacc 4.2 released

QHacc 4.2 has just been released. This release fixes a couple bugs that were discovered in the 4.1 and 4.0 releases, plus a couple features that were in the old 3.X versions. Namely, the reconcile window now allows a user to add and edit transactions using the i (insert) and e (edit) buttons.

There are millions of changes in this codebase, including the build system (switched from autotools to qmake), file formats (it's currently SQLite or nothing), and, well, all the code. Every scrap. Stay tuned...
