#25 1.5.4: Can't issue challenge outside of opponents match cond

It is impossible to challenge an opponent using time settings outside of their preferences without resorting to using the nmatch syntax manually from console. I can understand setting the /default/ values in the match box to coincide with their preferences, but making it impossible to adjust the challenge settings is too harsh. For example, what if you have already verbally agreed to other terms...
