#19 missing author/date cross references in patch view

currently, serveral items in the patch view header are already cross-referenced, so that one can for example easily refer back to the parent/child of a commit - however the "author" field isn't yet cross-referenced, and the "date" field neither.
Changing this would enable users to easily browse changes committed by either the same author/date.
