Default version control is git, now.
Svn is dead but will stay a while.
Svn will not updated anymore.

The new release 0.3 is on the way. Screenshots are already available.
In a view days, the first QT4 release will be ready for community. This will happen before new year 2011. The new QT4 release will have nearly the same functionality, like the old 0.2.1 Perl version. This will be a complete rewrite of the Perl version in QT4.

There are some sort of goof news and bad news. The good news are that I start a complete rewrite of qemuctl. First screenshot will be available. This is because of the great success.with this project. ( It is, in Debian and Ubuntu, available as package ). The bad news are that I will change the toolkit to QT4. ( If this is bad for you. ) This means also that a porting to windows could be possible.

Some smaller bugfix.

The New Release 0.2 is Ready for Download. It has USB Support for changing USB-Devices at runtime.

This version of qemuctl is already useable.
