#27 /dev/video*??

I am using Mandrake9.0

and I compiled the driver fine and ran quickcam.sh
and everything seemed to have went smoothly. Now
should I have a "/dev/video*" because if I am I dont see
it.

I would try and test the cam but I dont have a /dev/video
or anything similar. Could somebody help me out a bit
here... It may be a simple fix but Im not sure where to
start.
