I am having problem to work on HAWT rotorblade design, it does not run at all, I tried with and without sample projects. I am using the version v0.963 on Windows 7.

are you saying that QBlade starts but then crashed when the rotor design module is opened?
If this is the case this is probably an issue with your OpenGL drivers. Also note that because QBlade uses OpenGL the modules using OpenGL wont show any screen output when QBlade is operated via remote Desktop on Windows.
