Whenever I try to click the window called HAWT rotorblade design, qblade got crushed by showing notification that qblade.exe has stopped working. How can I recover this?

my guess would be that you have problems with openGL. OpenGL is used in the rotorblade design module for the visualizations of the blade. Try to replace or update your drivers.
