Hi there,
I've been performing LLT Simulations on a H-Rotor turbine with turbulent inflow conditions. I belive the average values in the graphs produced by the simulation refer either to the average power per rotor rotation or per each simulation timestep? Is there a way I can get the average power and Cp for a 30s simulation rather than for just a specific point in time?
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
the averaged values of VAWT simulations are averaged over one rotor revolution. But you can always export the momentary values (Cp, Power, etc) from the graphs and then simply create your own averages from that data.
Regards,
David
