#2 Need to reference external Requirements

I need to reference requirements from Reqpro or similar.
The requirements are in text form (e.g word or excel format.
one way would be to import them.
Or (maybe more flexible) would be a interface to existing requirement handling software (open source or proprietary like reqpro).
