#289 Scheduled date is accepting the past date

Build : Beta 5

Description : The scheduler date in the TOD scheduler should not accept the past dates.

Steps to reproduce : 1.Login to TOD scheduler
2.Give the scheduler date as past date.

Actual result : The scheduled date in the TOD scheduler is accepting the past date.

Expected Result : The scheduled date in the TOD scheduler should not accept the past date.
