#287 Enhancement: No provision to remove the loaded image

In the book issues form, there is no provision given to remove the loaded image in the book title

Steps to reproduce:
1. In the Book Issues form, click new
2. Click plus sign which is next to Book Title
3. Load image for front cover

We can changed only the loaded image, but no provision to unload the image

There is a workaround for this. You may give path to a non-image file and click load button.
The image will be removed.

We need to check with OpenXava about this.
