#277 Some fields in the check list can be made as mandatory
Description : In the software resources module,In Qa check list field, some of the fields can be marked as mandatory field, if those fields are not filled, the software cannot be released.
For eg : Has all the functionalities in func spec, Change request are implemented and Completed ?
This is the important task which should be checked before releasing the software, so this field can be made as mandatory.
Provision can be made such that without checking this field, the software release cannot be saved.To show that particular task is very important before release.

Check box holds two values. Yes/No. The field has a default value always (0).
We may have to introduce different control. e.g. radio button List box or text box
