#275 Date validations should be added to the Leave application

Description : In Leave application module, the date validation are not given, the system is accepting the leave end date before the Leave start date.

Application is getting saved without specifying the value for the mandatory field "Leave type"

For Eg: The system is accepting if the Start date as given as 12/13/2007 and end date as 012/06/2007.

steps to reproduce :
1.Login to Leave applicaton module
2.Click on the "Details" icon
