#260 "TO" field accepting email id's without seperated by comma

Description : The “TO” field should not accept the email id’s if not separated by comma.

Actual result : The “TO” field is accepting the email id’s if not separated by comma.

Expected Result : The "TO" field should accept the email id'd if not seperated by comma and error message should be displayed like "Email list should contain valid emails seperated by commas".
