#259 Not saving the TOD if send icon is clicked

Description : When the “Send” icon is clicked, it is only sending the message and it is not saving the message for later reference

Steps to reporduce: Compose the message
Click on the "Send" icon

Actual Result : When the “Send” icon is clicked, it is only sending the message and it is not saving the message for later reference.

Expected Result : When the “Send” icon is clicked, it should save as well as send the message.
