#248 Suggestion: Error message needs to be modified

Under Admin Tab, if we give the special characters or numbers in the fields such as:
"country" in country form,
"Department" in Departments form,
"Designation" in designation form,
"status" in project status form,
"project types" in project types definition form,
"status" in Resource status definition form,
"Role in project" in Role definition form,
"Shipment Method" in Shipment Method Defintiion form,
"Release Types" in Software Release Types definition,
and "Test status" in Test cycle status form

it is displaying the error as "Name cannot contain special characters [~!|@#$%^&*|`/\;:,+=)(]".

It will be more clear, if it displays the error with corresponding names.

Expected Result: For Ex: "Country field cannot contain special characters [~!|@#$%^&*|`/\;:,+=)(]"
