#248 The setup wizard doesn't update software

When trying to update a package by opening a deb file with the Q4OS's setup wizard, the installer says that the software is already installed and setup is cancelled. Yes, it is installed, but I'm trying to install a newer version, it should update the package just like dpkg can do it.
