Hi again. I'd like to pick another theme for my Q4OS install. There's a place in the control panel to do this, but when I click on Appearance and Themes, there's no entry to switch themes. How do I do this? Thanks.

Edit corresponding '*.desktop' files, for example '/opt/trinity/share/applications/tde/styles.desktop' and comment out 'Hidden=true' entry. You will find corresponding shortcuts in Control Panel.

There is new Q4OS update with easy to use script to unlock hidden configuration items in control panel. First update system in terminal:
$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
and run the desired script:
$ sudo kcmodules --unlock
You will find complete Trinity configuration options in control panel now.

Q4OS has themes disabled by default, the only exception is to use 'Lookswitcher' to select classical theme.
Experienced users may want to tweak the system, simply rename a few files:
$ cd /opt/trinity/share/applications/kde
$ sudo mv .mvprq4-style.desktop-mvsuq4 style.desktop
$ sudo mv .mvprq4-kthememanager.desktop-mvsuq4 kthememanager.desktop
$ sudo mv .mvprq4-icons.desktop-mvsuq4 icons1.desktop
You will find corresponding shortcuts in Control Panel -> Appearance and Themes category.

Hi, how can I do this test version(1.1-RC2)?
Edit corresponding '*.desktop' files, for example '/opt/trinity/share/applications/tde/styles.desktop' and comment out 'Hidden=true' entry. You will find corresponding shortcuts in Control Panel.
Thanks.
